How do I get my images and logo to you?
You can simply email your logo or any images you’d like us to use, and we’ll make sure they’re up to design specs.
Do you proofread text that clients send to you?
Black Box will send proofs of designs we make for your approval, but we don’t edit text that comes from clients.
Do I have to buy a minimum amount of labels up front?
Nope. We custom print labels for each delivery, and we keep labels on file to avoid redesign fees on future orders.
How long does the label design process take?
Once we’ve met and discussed your needs, most labels are completed in three to five business days.
